1. General These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on reshrefre.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. reshrefre reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations may occur.
3. Placing an Order By completing checkout, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., in cases of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud).
4. Payment Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption. reshrefre does not store your payment details.
5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy. reshrefre is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@reshrefre.shop within the withdrawal period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Returns & Refunds Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@reshrefre.shop with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
9. Liability reshrefre's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
